We ship both domestically and internationally.

We currently do not ship to Spain or Peru.

Shipping times depend on your location.

We ship using FedEx, UPS, and only lip balms with USPS.

Live shipping rates are directly from the shipping provider. Domestic shipping can take 2-8 business days, depending on your location.  International shipping can take longer.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free UPS GROUND Shipping on orders over $89.00 (subtotal and before discount codes). Any discount that drops below the subtotal below $89.00 will cause the Free Ground Shipping offer to be void.  Applies to 48 states in the USA. Does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, or international orders. 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Please use a NON-PO box address if you purchase our skincare products because they are in glass bottles. We only ship our lip balms via USPS mail.

UPS and FedEx do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Only USPS ships to PO boxes. We prefer to ship using UPS and FedEx because they are more reliable than USPS.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Within the last year, USPS has been tracking longer to update their tracking status, so if you choose USPS shipping, it requires more patience.

If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please get in touch with us at sales@luxebeauty.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
