Our return policy for USA orders lasts 15 days after receiving the product. The product must be shipped back to us for a refund. The customer is responsible for the shipping charge for returning the item. We do not refund shipping that was paid at the time of the order ( We offer free shipping orders over $89). Once we receive the product back, we will process the refund. Once the refund is processed, it can take 3-5 business days to show in your bank or credit card.
There are no returns for ALL orders outside the USA due to the customs and duties we pay for the product to arrive at its international destination.
GIFT CARDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Online gift cards are non-refundable once purchased and activated. This is a common policy across many retailers and platforms.
We replace items if they are damaged. If your product arrives damaged or broken, please send photos to sales@luxebeauty.com
